IMPLEMENTASI TERAPI HIPNOSIS LIMA JARI TERHADAP PENURUNAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN PASIEN PRE OPERASI SECTIO CAESAREA DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH Hj. ANNA LASMANAH BANJARNEGARA

Preoperative Sectio caesarea (SC) will definitely experience feelings of anxiety.
This response can cause tension characterized by excessive worry, fear of one's
own thoughts, muscle aches, cold sweats, tension, lethargy and unable to rest
peacefully. Anxiety can be overcome by pharmacological and
nonpharmacological treatment. Nonpharmacological therapy with the
administration of the implementation of five-finger hypnosis therapy. The purpose
of providing the implementation of five-finger hypnosis therapy can cause a high
relaxing effect, so that it will reduce tension and stress and can reduce anxiety.
The partner in this activity is RSUD Hj.Anna Lasmanah Banjarnegara. The target
is pregnant women who will have SC surgery with a total of 20 deliveries with
elective surgery and 10 deliveries with emergency (mild complications). This
Community Service method is carried out by personally educating participants
one by one, conducting five-finger hypnosis therapy and measuring anxiety in SC
preoperative patients. Activity evaluation was conducted by comparing anxiety
levels before and after administration of five-finger hypnosis therapy using the
State and Trait Anxiety Inventory-Score (STAI-S). The results of Community
Service activities showed the average anxiety in elective patients before therapy
5,805 after therapy to 4,041 and eemergency patients before therapy to 6,716
after therapy to 6,750, all activities went well.
